Feeling uninspired by never-ending vinyasas, stale pilates sequences, and soul-draining Top 40 playlists, it was time to create a new way to move.

From a small city in the heart of Greece, I moved right into the cold-blooded culture of LA’s music industry. Movement and meditation became the remedy for my sedentary lifestyle and absent work-life balance. After a low back injury during an “acrobatics-meets-yoga” class, I decided it was time to learn more about anatomy, biomechanics and the connection between body and mind. I left the music industry to explore the principles of movement and mindfulness, and reconnect to the culture and traditions of my homeland.

Craving more freedom and balance in my own movement practice, I started weaving together elements from all my favorite modalities. My classes blend elements from Pilates, Yoga, and Meditation, through creative sequencing, conscious, intentional movement, and a neat soundtrack.

Celia is a Movement Specialist, Master Instructor and Teacher Trainer, with more than 2000+ hours of training in Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, and various other fitness and wellness modalities. She has studied with leaders in the wellness industry and trained world-renowned NFL and NBA players. She has worked with major brands such as Aman Resorts, Ace Hotel and Coachella Music Festival, and led classes and retreats in Los Angeles, New York, Mexico, Turks and Caicos, Italy and Greece.
