I spent a decade living in LA, then few years in NYC, and I got to experience first-hand how easy it can be to lose yourself in the hustle and bustle of modern life. The absence of balance, the mind-body disconnect and the need to pause, rest and reset, can quickly lead to a crash-and-burn. This retreat isn’t an escape from reality. It’s a friendly reminder to slow down, step away from daily routines, turn your attention inward, reflect on what’s important, gain clarity on what’s no longer working, reconnect with nature, with others, with yourself.
We will start our days with a dynamic, feel-good practice, followed by a health meal. We will spend our afternoons swimming in the Aegean sea, exploring the landscape, reading books, going on boat adventures or receiving a much-needed massage treatment. Our evening practice will be a balanced blend of restorative movement, long held postures, breathwork and journaling to help calm the nervous system and invoke deep relaxation. We will end our days dining under the stars, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean sea, sharing thought-provoking conversations and lots of good laughs. During this truly restorative week, you will regain a newfound appreciation for silence, stillness and the magic of slow living.
