We will work on identifying any imbalances, poor postural and breathing patterns that might be causing pain or discomfort, and addressing the root cause of any injuries or movement that might be leading to pain and discomfort. We will discuss the fundamental principles of healthy movement, dive deeper into the connection between body and mind, and learn how to encourage healthier movement patterns, so you can feel empowered to make educated choices both in your movement practice, as well as your daily life.

Whether you are unsure about your form, you aren’t seeing results from your workouts or you are just looking for inspiration and motivation in your practice, this program will help you gain greater somatic awareness, properly modify exercises for better, lasting results, and create an efficient, embodied and well balanced practice, that will allow you to inform and improve all everyday activities and additional fitness regimes.
